El contenido que pretendemos abordar en Cuestiones Constitucionales tiene que ver con la clara intención de reflejar el cambio tan vertiginoso que estamos presenciando en nuestras instituciones jurídicas públicas, al mismo tiempo que impulsar lo que ya se considera un nuevo derecho constitucional mexicano. Cuestiones Constitucionales cuenta cuatro secciones. Una de ellas, la primera, está dedicada a publicar Artículos Doctrinales. Otra sección, la segunda, está dedicada a publicar Comentarios jurisprudenciales que se realicen respecto de resoluciones de ciertos tribunales integrantes del Poder Judicial Federal. Una tercera sección está formada por Comentarios legislativos que se harán a documentos constitucionales y legales. La cuarta y última sección está dedicada a las Reseñas bibliográficas e información general.
