Cuadernos de Política Exterior Argentina (CUPEA) es una publicación semestral con frecuencia continua de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario, con sistema de referato doble ciego, iniciada en 1986 y actualizada en 2016. Su editor responsable es el Centro de Estudios en Relaciones Internacionales de Rosario (CERIR) creado en 1986, dedicado al campo de investigación y docencia en Relaciones Internacionales. La revista está destinada a la comunidad académica de investigadores, docentes universitarios y alumnos que se ocupan de cuestiones vinculadas a la política exterior de Argentina, su entorno regional y su inserción en el mundo. Los trabajos que se reciben consisten principalmente en ensayos que abordan a los actores internacionales, sus problemáticas domésticas y externas, el sistema internacional, los problemas de orden global, gobernanza, seguridad, comercio internacional, finanzas, así como la cooperación multilateral, los organismos internacionales y los regionalismos, de viejo y nuevo cuño. Un foco especial se coloca en las relaciones de Argentina con otros países y regiones, desde diferentes enfoques teóricos y empíricos. La publicación se encuentra abierta a la participación de investigadores, docentes y practitioners que presenten trabajos sobre las temáticas mencionadas.
