Cuadernos de Historia es una revista académica de acceso abierto editada por el Departamento de Ciencias Históricas de la Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades de la Universidad de Chile. Desde su fundación en 1980, tiene como propósito contribuir al intercambio y difusión del conocimiento histórico mediante la publicación de investigaciones originales de calidad, dirigidas a la comunidad científica y académica en Historia y disciplinas afines de las Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades. Publica semestralmente en formato digital y en idioma español artículos de investigación, documentos históricos relevantes y reseñas de libros recientes, evaluados bajo un sistema de revisión por pares doble ciego, sin cargos para los autores. La revista es financiada institucionalmente, busca mantener altos estándares éticos y de calidad, y se encuentra indexada en bases como Scopus y SciELO para ampliar su alcance y visibilidad académica.
