Management Letters/Cuadernos de Gestión se ha caracterizado desde su fundación, hace ya más de tres décadas, por la publicación de artículos con rigor científico y de utilidad para la mejora de la gestión en la empresa. Esta orientación recoge perfectamente la finalidad del Instituto de Economía Aplicada a la Empresa de la Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU,) fundador de la revista, que no es otra que la de poner la Ciencia Empresarial al servicio de la sociedad, acercando el mundo de la empresa y el de la Universidad, y facilitando un enriquecimiento de conocimientos mutuo. Management Letters/Cuadernos de Gestión es una publicación internacional y multidisciplinar que trata de ser un vehículo para la difusión de investigaciones académicas de alta calidad relativas a la Gestión Empresarial. La revista está dirigida a las publicaciones que contribuyan al desarrollo teórico, comprensión crítica y formulación de políticas relativas a la gestión empresarial. Los artículos publicados en Management Letters/Cuadernos de Gestión son trabajos teóricos, metodológicos o empíricos que abarcan un amplio rango de disciplinas y perspectivas y que contribuyen de forma significativa al estudio de los problemas empresariales. Esta revista pretende proporcionar un foro de discusión que permita avanzar en la gestión empresarial y las áreas relacionadas. Management Letters/Cuadernos de Gestión es una revista de doble revisión ciega semestral, publicada en versión impresa y online. Todos los trabajos son de acceso abierto y gratuito a texto completo. El Consejo de Redacción de esta revista es el responsable final de su aceptación, siempre basada en el informe favorable de los evaluadores anónimos.
