Cuadernos de Derecho Transnacional (CDT) is a biannual electronic scientific journal. CDT publishes research papers on private international law, uniform law, and comparative private law. It is a scientific journal that seeks to promote the study and advancement of private international law, European Union law, and comparative law. CDT publishes papers in Spanish, but also in other languages such as English, French, Italian, and Portuguese. CDT seeks to be a forum for study, reflection, and academic debate among jurists from different legal systems, whether European or from states outside the European Union. Therefore, CDT aims to contribute to the creation of solid legal knowledge, both theoretical and practical, and to contribute to new lines of research in which companies and individuals are at the heart of legal problems with a foreign element. Ultimately, CDT has a firm objective: to contribute scientific value and enable private international law to fulfill its role as a disruptor in the exchange of goods and services, foster economic progress, and enable a more ethical, sustainable, and just economy and society.
