Revista Internacional de Comunicación Audiovisual, Publicidad y Estudios Culturales es una publicación científica de periodicidad semestral, cuyo objetivo es la investigación académica acerca de temas relacionados con la comunicación audiovisual, la publicidad, las relaciones públicas, la propaganda y los estudios culturales. La revista también contempla como objetivos la teoría y la investigación en comunicación.Por todo ello, la cobertura temática de Comunicación se ciñe básicamente a objetos de estudio del área de conocimiento de “comunicación audiovisual y publicidad”, si bien admite investigaciones centradas en ámbitos relacionados con dicha área, como los estudios culturales.El público al que va dirigida la revista consiste, en general, en docentes e investigadores de Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades, y, en particular, en docentes e investigadores del Área de Conocimiento de “Comunicación Audiovisual y Publicidad”.
