Collectanea Theologica jest naukowym kwartalnikiem teologów polskich, zainicjowanym w 1920 roku. Głównym celem czasopisma Collectanea Theologica jest prezentowanie aktualnego stanu teologii w Polsce i jej miejsca w teologii światowej. Na łamach periodyku poruszane jest bogate spektrum problematyki teologicznej, poczynając od zagadnień biblijnych po aktualne wyzwania pastoralne i liturgiczne. Collectanea Theologica jest czasopismem katolickim i jest poświęcone przede wszystkim teologii katolickiej. Wykazuje ono jednak także otwartość ekumeniczną na teologów innych wyznań chrześcijańskich. Zakładanymi odbiorcami publikowanych tekstów są profesorowie teologii i pasjonaci teologii w Polsce i na świecie. Kwartalnik trafia do wszystkich bibliotek teologicznych w Polsce i kilkunastu ważnych bibliotek zagranicznych. Jest także szeroko dostępny online.
