A CLIO: Revista de Pesquisa Histórica, periódico científico do Programa de Pós-Graduação em História da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE), foi criada em 1977 e é uma das mais tradicionais revistas da Área de História no pais. Dirigida, sobretudo, à comunidade acadêmica, publica, textos inéditos de professores e pesquisadores doutores vinculados à Universidades ou Institutos de Pesquisas do Brasil ou do exterior. Publicado com periodicidade semestral até 2023, a partir de 2024 a Revista CLIO se tornou uma revista de fluxo contínuo. Publica: artigos, resenhas, entrevistas e traduções.
