Chornancap Revista Jurídica, es una revista científica de periodicidad semestral (julio y diciembre) en acceso abierto y arbitrada por pares, editada por el Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Lambayeque, Perú, tanto en versión física como electrónica, en idioma español e inglés. Recibe trabajos originales e inéditos que reflexionen problemáticas vinculadas al Derecho Público y su relación con las demás ramas, desde una perspectiva local, nacional, regional y global, tales como los Derechos Humanos, Derecho Constitucional, Derecho Penal, Derecho Civil, Derecho Procesal, Derecho Administrativo, Filosofía del Derecho y Teoría General del Derecho, entre otras. Generando un diólogo generacional entre comunicadades académicas de las Ciencias Jurídicas a escala mundial. El público al que se dirige Chornancap Revista Jurídica es principalmente: (i) investigadores en Derecho nacionales e internacionales, (ii) profesionales en Derecho, y (iii) comunidad universitaria. Cada número de la revista, principalmente, contará con las secciones: dossier temático, temática libre, donde se incluirán: Artículos de investigación: incluye investigaciones de enfoque teórico, metodológico, empírico, estudios de caso, con una extensión mínina de 10 páginas y máxima de treinta 30 (5 000 - 15 000 palabras). Artículo de revisión de literatura o sistemática: trabajo académico que sintetiza y evalúa la literatura existente sobre un tema específico, con una extensión recomendad de 15 páginas (7 500 palabras). Editoriales: incluye notas editoriales o presentaciones del fascículo escrito por el editor, director o realizados por invitación, que no superan las cinco (5) páginas. Salvo excepciones. Reseñas: incluye críticas o comentarios a libros vinculados al derecho publicados en los dos últimos años, con una extensión máxima de cuatro (4) páginas y deberán tener los datos bibliográficos completos del material reseñado. Proceso de evaluación por pares Los artículos de la revista son arbitrados bajo la modalidad de doble ciego (double-blind review), en la cual los evaluadores externos a la institución no conocen los datos de los autores al momento de la revisión. Los evaluadores, al momento de la revisión, toman en cuenta criterios como: originalidad, aporte del trabajo, actualidad y contribución al conocimiento jurídico.
