Časopis pro právní vědu a praxi vydává Právnická fakulta Masarykovy univerzity od roku 1993. Je recenzovaným odborným právnickým časopisem, který se zaměřuje na publikaci původních vědeckých statí z oblasti práva a právní vědy (rubrika články), jakož i informací z vědeckého života a recenzí. Jeho cílem je zařadit se mezi prestižní všeobecné právnické časopisy v ČR a přinášet kvalitní původní příspěvky, které prošly recenzním řízením a následným posouzením redakční radou.
