Os trabalhos aceitos são publicados com periodicidade baseada em artigos (fluxo contínuo), disponibilizados sob licença Creative Commons CC-BY e organizados uma edição regular anual. Tem como foco e escopo a divulgação de trabalhos inéditos, oriundos de pesquisas científicas originais no campo da Terapia Ocupacional, em diálogo com as áreas de Saúde, Educação, Cultura e Assistência Social, bem como da Ciência Ocupacional. Enfatiza estudos sobre problemáticas físicas, sensoriais, mentais, psicológicas e/ou sociais relacionadas ao cotidiano e ao fazer humano, articulados à participação, à autonomia e à inserção de sujeitos (individuais e coletivos) na vida social.
