El Boletín Mexicano de Derecho Comparado tiene como propósito publicar colaboraciones originales e inéditas en español, inglés, francés, italiano y portugués, y está dirigida a docentes, estudiantes y profesionales que se interesan en diversos temas del derecho comparado y disciplinas afines; las colaboraciones que se reciben para su posible publicación son evaluadas por pares académicos en la modalidad de doble ciego. El Boletín Mexicano de Derecho Comparado (ISSN electrónico: 2448-4873) es una publicación electrónica cuatrimestral que difunde investigaciones científicas de personas de la academia y profesionales interesadas en el campo del derecho comparado. El Boletín Mexicano de Derecho Comparado es una publicación de acceso abierto (Open Access), cuyos contenidos se difunden con una licencia CC BY-NC 4.0 Internacional, y no se cobra cuota alguna por el procesamiento de artículos.
