El Boletín de la Asociación Internacional de Derecho Cooperativo es una publicación científica que recoge en cada número los resultados de la investigación sobre un tema monográfico que cada año propone la Asamblea General de la AIDC, sin perjuicio de que también se publiquen artículos sobre otros temas relacionados con las cooperativas. El Boletín aborda todas las cuestiones del Derecho Cooperativo. Conforme a la normativa legal del Derecho comparado, esta materia jurídica se divide en los siguientes apartados principales: Aplicaciones legislativas de los llamados "principios del cooperativismo", que tienen una sustanciación internacionalista. Sistema constituyente de las Cooperativas como entes societarios con personalidad jurídica. Régimen de los socios, comprensivo de sus obligaciones y derechos mínimos. Desarrollo orgánico de las Cooperativas (Asamblea, Administración y órganos complementarios estatutarios). Especialidad económica de las Cooperativas, incluyendo la normativa tributaria propia. Procesos de disolución y liquidación de las Cooperativas, incorporando los controles de las Administraciones públicas.
