Przede wszystkim pełną i rzetelną informacją oraz skuteczną pomocą dla wszystkich bohemistów w pierwszym rzędzie w Polsce. W tym celu ma to być organ wymiany myśli, wątpliwości, a także zdobytych doświadczeń, organ, który będzie zapoznawał odbiorcę z przeglądem dotychczasowego dorobku, z organizowanymi konferencjami etc., możliwie najlepszą formą przekazu informacji i myśli bohemistycznej.
