La revista AYLLU-SIAF nace con la intención de proporcionar a quienes investigan y producen en filosofía antropológica un cauce para publicar sus trabajos y fomentar un diálogo abierto sin condicionamientos ideológicos, en el ámbito de las humanidades, la literatura y las artes. Una preocupación constante de sus realizadores es la de fomentar los planteamientos interdisciplinares. La revista está abierta siempre a colaboradores de todas las latitudes y en sintonía con el pensamiento iberoamericano. También es flexible a la hora de acoger nuevos proyectos, fomentar discusiones sobre temas controvertidos y abrirse a nuevos valores de la antropología filosófica. Por esta razón, los investigadores jóvenes encuentran abiertas las puertas de la revista.
