ARQUEOLOGÍA es una revista científica con referato, de formato electrónico y frecuencia cuatrimestral, editada por el Instituto de Arqueología, Facultad de Filosofía y Letras (FFyL), Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). Sus contenidos son publicados en línea, mediante flujo continuo, y se encuentran disponibles en acceso abierto de forma libre, gratuita y sin embargos temporales de ningún tipo. Esta revista tiene como objetivo principal publicar contribuciones originales e inéditas escritas en español o en inglés resultantes de investigaciones arqueológicas, o bien de investigaciones multidisciplinarias o de disciplinas afines cuyos objetivos hayan sido guiados arqueológicamente. Los manuscritos pueden ser de orientación tanto empírica como metodológica, teórica o historiográfica, abarcando cualquier período cronológico y región geográfica. El envío de manuscritos se realiza únicamente a través del Portal de la revista ARQUEOLOGÍA, mediante registro con usuario y contraseña, durante los plazos establecidos en las convocatorias específicas. Todas las contribuciones deben adecuarse a las pautas estipuladas en las Directrices para autores/as y en el Código de ética y buenas prácticas.
