Archives of Pharmacy Practice (APP) is dedicated to the advancement of pharmacy practice and the wider pharmaceutical and health sciences. The journal provides an interdisciplinary forum for research that strengthens medication use, patient care, professional pharmacy services, public health, and evidence-informed healthcare decision-making. APP welcomes work spanning therapeutics, pharmacotherapy planning, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical technology, community and hospital pharmacy, medication therapy management, pharmacovigilance, drug information, counselling, pharmacogenomics, rational use of medicines, and pharmacist-managed clinical services. Particular attention is given to studies that evaluate patient management, medication safety, health literacy, treatment outcomes, quality of life, and collaborative healthcare models. The journal also covers the social, behavioral, policy, and economic dimensions of pharmacy and medicine, including health policy, healthcare costs, access to medicines, epidemiology, pharmacy education, professional practice development, and the role of pharmacists in public health and geriatric care. Research addressing sexual health and other psychosocial factors is considered where it has a clear and ethically appropriate relevance to medication use, patient care, or healthcare delivery. Recognizing the increasingly data-driven nature of healthcare, APP encourages research in digital pharmacy and the responsible application of artificial intelligence across pharmacy practice. Relevant topics include clinical decision support, medication-management technologies, telepharmacy, electronic prescribing, digital therapeutics, health informatics, predictive analytics, automation, AI-assisted pharmacotherapy planning, medication-safety surveillance, patient engagement, and the evaluation, validation, ethics, governance, and implementation of AI-enabled tools in pharmaceutical care. APP further welcomes interdisciplinary research at the interface of pharmacy with toxicology, microbiology, agriculture, environmental sciences, and nutrition. This includes pharmaceutical and health-related microbiology, environmental and agricultural determinants of human exposure, plant-derived and bioactive substances relevant to therapy, toxicological implications of agricultural practices, nutrition science, dietary supplements, and the effects of environmental factors on medicines, health, and therapeutic outcomes.
