The Annual Review of Information Science and Technology (ARIST) is a collection of peer-reviewed, comprehensive, and systematic reviews on topics relevant to information science, computing science, technology studies, and related fields. Published under the banner of ASIS&T's Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology (JASIST), ARIST’s goal is to update readers on the latest developments in these fields. ARIST seeks submissions across various topics relevant to information science and technology, broadly defined. ARIST’s mandate is to be inclusive of research designs, methodologies, geographic regions, populations, socio-cultural contexts, and epistemological and philosophical approaches in its reviews. ARIST was published by the Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T) from 1966 to 2011 and relaunched in November 2021. ARIST reviews from 2002-2011 can be accessed through the ASIS&T Digital Library. Earlier ARIST reviews can be accessed through the Hathi Trust Digital Library.
