Sua principal vocação é agregar valor científico ao debate sobre os temas relacionados à Administração de Empresas, trazendo a contribuição de trabalhos vinculados a programas de graduação e pós-graduação do Brasil e do exterior. Visando à qualificação dos debates e a manutenção e progressão da Revista no sistema Qualis, da CAPES (órgão oficial do Ministério da Educação brasileiro), rege-se a publicação pelas normas editoriais para a elaboração, a apresentação e a análise de textos, propostas pela Editoria da Revista.
