Serão publicados artigos científicos originais que relatem novos conhecimentos e proponham hipóteses acerca de fenômenos naturais. A publicação dos artigos depende da aprovação do Conselho Editorial com base em pareceres dos consultores "ad hoc". Missão Viabilizar o registro público do conhecimento e sua preservação; Publicar resultados de pesquisas envolvendo idéias e novas propostas científicas; Disseminar a informação e o conhecimento gerados pela comunidade científica; Agilizar o processo de comunicação científica na área de Biologia. Processo de Avaliação pelos Pares Os manuscritos serão avaliados por consultores da área de conhecimento da pesquisa, de instituições de ensino e/ou pesquisa nacionais e estrangeiras de comprovada produção científica. Serão aceitos se obtiverem dois pareceres favoráveis e rejeitados quando dois pareceres forem desfavoráveis. No caso de um parecer favorável e um desfavorável, a decisão sobre a publicação será do conselho editorial. Diretrizes de Avaliação 1.
