Acta Poloniae Historica (APH), wydawane przez Instytut Historii im. Tadeusza Manteuffla PAN w koedycji z Fundacją Instytutu Historii im. Tadeusza Manteuffla Polskiej Akademii Nauk są półrocznikiem o długiej tradycji w polskiej historiografii, cieszącym się uznaniem na międzynarodowym rynku periodyków historycznych. Założone przez wybitnego polskiego historyka Mariana Małowista (1909–88) w 1958 roku, służą przede wszystkim popularyzacji w języku angielskim dorobku uczonych polskich, jak również udzielają swych łam historykom spoza Polski badającym dzieje ziem polskich i, szerzej, Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej.
