ЦЕЛИ: Цели журнала – всестороннее и эффективное научно-информационное обеспечение деятельности Российской академии архитектуры и строительных наук посредством печатных публикаций наиболее значимых научных трудов российских и зарубежных ученых в области архитектуры, градостроительства и строительства, повышение авторитета РААСН и ее конкурентоспособности на мировом рынке инноваций. ЗАДАЧИ ЖУРНАЛА: • информирование российской и зарубежной научной общественности о наиболее важных научных результатах в области архитектуры, градостроительства и строительства; • предоставление российским и зарубежным ученым и специалистам возможности публиковать результаты своих исследований, содействие талантливым ученым и специалистам в реализации их интеллектуального потенциала; • укрепление связей между наукой и образованием, обеспечение обмена мнениями между исследователями из разных регионов и государств. • позиционирование Российской академии архитектуры и строительных наук как ведущего международного научного центра; ОСНОВНАЯ ТЕМАТИКА ЖУРНАЛА: эстетические проблемы современного зодчества; • методы сохранения, реконструкции, реставрации и использования архитектурно-градостроительного наследия; • история архитектуры и градостроительства; • архитектурное формообразование; • перспективное развитие городов, правовое регулирование градостроительной деятельности, основы безопасности и надежности поселений, градостроительная экология; • разработка, расчетное обоснование и проектирование зданий, сооружений и комплексов; • энерго- и ресурсосбережение, строительная механика, новые строительные материалы и конструкции, инженерные системы, задачи строительной физики, строительные технологии; • мониторинг несущих и ограждающих конструкций зданий и сооружений на этапах строительства и эксплуатации; • методы моделирования уникальных зданий, сооружений и комплексов при регламентированных и аварийных нагрузках; • реформирование и развитие системы архитектурно-строительного образования.
