Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society: Letters has now closed, and new Letters will instead be published as a distinct article type within Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society. Bringing Letters into MNRAS corrects a historical irregularity in that, despite sharing a submission site and in many other respects being one journal, MNRASL had a separate ISSN and Letters were published on this separate website, with a different DOI path.
