Publication of the Minas Gerais Agricultural Research Company (EPAMIG) - Cândido Tostes Dairy Institute (ILCT), Brazil. Mission: To publish research articles and literature reviews in the area of Milk and Dairy Products. Open access content. There are no fees for article submission and publication. Due to high demand and our reduced technical team, the Cândido Tostes Dairy Institute Journal informs that the reception of new submissions is temporarily suspended. Our main focus at this time is to efficiently process all manuscripts currently under review and ensure the timely publication of all approved articles. This approach will allow us to maintain the high quality and academic rigor you expect from our journal. We appreciate everyone's understanding and invite you to submit your new work as soon as submissions are normalized.
