IJEL is a peer-reviewed journal that aims to facilitate the international exchange of information on the current research, development, and practice of e-learning. IJEL publishes theoretical and empirical studies on the technological advances and growth of e-learning that provide educators and trainers with unique opportunities to enhance learning and teaching across multiple domains including but not limited to corporate, government, healthcare, PreK-12, and higher education.
