Exploratory Research and Hypothesis in Medicine (ERHM) is dedicated to fostering scientific innovation by providing a unique platform for exploratory research and novel medical hypotheses. The journal accepts a wide range of topics, including innovative modalities and insightful theories related to the practice of medicine. The exploratory research published in ERHM does not necessarily need to be comprehensive and conclusive, but the study design must be rigorous, the methodologies must be robust, the results must be reproducible, and the hypothesis must be rational. Topics of particular interest include but are not limited to:New methods and concepts in the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of diseaseNovel discoveries in all diseases and disease mechanismsRisk and prognostic biomarkersChanges in clinical paradigms and treatment approachesCutting-edge technologies that can help improve scientific understandingPreliminary findings that may change current thinking in a particular field
