Vitae es una revista trimestral de acceso abierto y la publicación oficial de la Facultad de Ciencias Farmacéuticas y Alimentarias. Su misión es difundir el conocimiento científico y de investigación en los campos de las ciencias farmacéuticas y alimentarias, así como en industrias afines. La revista abarca una amplia gama de temas, incluyendo productos naturales, atención farmacéutica, industria farmacéutica, medicamentos, farmacología y toxicología, toxicología, biotecnología farmacéutica, ciencia de los alimentos, ingeniería de alimentos y biotecnología alimentaria. Vitae publica artículos de investigación originales y otras contribuciones académicas que son evaluadas inicialmente por el Consejo Editorial y posteriormente sometidas a revisión por pares.
