Uchenye Zapiski Kazanskogo Universiteta. Seriya Gumanitarnye Nauki (Kazan Journal of Historical, Linguistic, and Legal Research) is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes high-quality original and review articles covering fundamental and applied aspects of history, linguistics, and jurisprudence. The journal aims to promote and disseminate the most important research findings concerning various sociocultural phenomena and processes, focusing on how they develop over time, become reflected in language, and are embedded in law. Manuscripts submitted for consideration may be discipline-specific (i.e., addressing particular aspects of linguistics, history, and jurisprudence) or cross-disciplinary (i.e., advancing new areas of research inquiry in the three fields and their synergies), such as works on intercultural communication in historical perspective, domain-specific linguistic analysis, the use of linguistic methods in historical research, the role of language in bringing legal certainty, etc.
