Statistics is a leading international research journal that publishes high-quality research articles which develop new theory, methods and applications in any active field of statistics and statistical learning. Statistics has two main sections: • Statistical Theory and Methodology • Machine Learning and AI The audience for this journal and its sections includes statisticians, data scientists, and computer scientists interested in statistical theory and its applications. The journal welcomes for consideration Research Articles, Target Articles, Short Communications, Discussions, Data Notes, Video and Graphical Abstracts. Proposals for high-quality special issues within the general framework of the journal will be considered on their merit and should be sent to the Co-Editors for review. Peer Review Policy: All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor. If found suitable for further consideration, papers are subject to peer-review by independent, anonymous expert referees. All peer-review is single-anonymized and submissions can be made at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/gsta.
