Journal of Sexual and Mental Health is a peer-reviewed scientific and educational journal published in continuous publishing format and available exclusively in English. As the official journal of the Polish Society for Sexual Medicine, it provides a dedicated platform for the dissemination of current knowledge in sexual medicine, mental health, psychiatry, reproductive medicine, and related interdisciplinary fields. The journal is addressed to sexologists, psychiatrists, urologists, and other medical professionals who encounter issues related to sexual health and mental health in clinical practice, as well as to researchers and specialists working in related scientific disciplines. Its interdisciplinary profile includes relevance to medical biology, pharmacology and pharmacy, medical sciences, health sciences, sociology, and biotechnology. Journal of Sexual and Mental Health publishes original articles, review articles, case studies, letters, and editorials, with particular attention to content of clinical and practical relevance. The journal also serves as a forum for the presentation of current recommendations and developments in the diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunction and related mental health conditions. Since June 2022, the journal has continued the academic profile of Polish Sexology (Seksuologia Polska) as an international English-language title, strengthening its visibility and accessibility for a broader scientific and professional readership.
