The copyrights of published articles in the journal are transferred to the publisher. The articles will be distributed under the CC-BY-ND license, which means that anyone may freely distribute, use, and reuse the published articles, provided that the authors and the journal as the source are acknowledge, whereas the work may not be altered, transformed, or serve as the basis for a derivative work.

Initial review will be shortly processed by the editorial board (within 7 days) whether a submitted manuscript meets the formatting guidelines and scope of the journal. Inclusion of contents or ideas taken from others' published works (in academic journals, books, or proceedings) without proper attribution. Use of contents that are derived from other's primary materials, whether published or not, or from their intellectual property, without crediting original authorship and/or sources.

Publisher applies the Creative Commons Attribution-NonDerivative License to works it publishes. Under this license, even though the publisher owns the copyright, authors are allowed to archive the pre-print and post-print versions anywhere.
