Research Briefs on Information & Communication Technology Evolution (ReBICTE) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to the advancement and critical examination of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in both technical and societal contexts. Published by the Centre for Continental Network in Eco-Innovation and Research (CCNEIR), a non-profit academic organization, ReBICTE operates under a diamond open-access model with no Article Processing Charges (APCs) for authors. Focus The journal focuses on the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and impact of information and communication technologies. ReBICTE seeks to publish original, high-quality research that contributes to theoretical foundations, technological innovation, applied systems, and interdisciplinary understanding of ICTs in contemporary society. ReBICTE places equal emphasis on: Core ICT theories and engineering innovations Applied and industrial ICT systems Emerging digital technologies and architectures Societal, organizational, and cultural implications of ICT adoption The journal encourages submissions that bridge the gap between technical rigor and real-world relevance, as well as works that integrate computing with social, economic, and policy perspectives.
