Research and Development in Medical Education (RDME) is an open access journal with a continuous publication model featuring peer-reviewed articles in a wide range of topics related to medical and healthcare education. RDME is the publication of Medical Education Research Center in collaboration with Iranian Association of Medical Education, with the editorial office located in TUOMS Education Development Center (EDC). The aim of RDME is to promote and improve medical and healthcare education in the region through a global network of specialists and professionals in the field. RDME adopts a Platinum Open Access model, which entails no publication fees for the authors in the field of medical education, to the benefits of the medical education worldwide.
