The scientific journal Law – Theory and Practice is dedicated to the publication of high-quality scholarly manuscripts in the field of law. The journal aims to foster the development of legal theory and to promote the critical examination of contemporary legal practice through academic analysis. By encouraging dialogue between theoretical and practical perspectives, the journal seeks to contribute to the advancement of law in both national and international contexts. The scope of the journal encompasses a broad range of legal disciplines, with a particular focus on the interaction between legal theory and legal practice. The journal publishes research addressing fundamental and applied legal issues, as well as comparative and interdisciplinary studies relevant to the functioning of legal systems. The journal covers, but is not limited to, the following areas: General legal theory and jurisprudence Constitutional law and human rights protection Criminal law and criminal procedure Civil law and civil procedure Commercial and corporate law Administrative law Financial law Labor law Environmental law and environmental protection International and European law Comparative law Contemporary legal challenges in judicial and legal practice Papers approved for publication in the journal Law – Theory and Practice are classified into the basic categories of scientific and professional articles by the Editorial Board, in cooperation with reviewers. The journal is intended for researchers, teachers, students, and academic readers involved in the educational process at various levels, as well as legal practitioners and policymakers interested in current developments in legal science and practice, and the scientific community in general.
