研究范围与定位
PG aims to encourage researchers and practitioners to report on their research-based work. We especially welcome contributions from scholars from the Asia-Pacific region and young scholars with fieldwork experience. PG seeks to foster a debate between researchers, governments, NGOs, the private sector and communities. The journal targets a wide audience of readers including academics and students, public and private sector representatives and the general public with an interest in research that focuses the Asia-Pacific region. Over the years, PG has published contributions to the fields of anthropology, geography, environmental sciences, political sciences and various other disciplines, as well as Pacific Studies. Articles submitted to Pacific Geographies should discuss original research, are theory-driven or based on empirical studies, and make a major contribution to the respective field of research.
