Media Studies: Ansaq encourages studies that examine the multifaceted relationship between media, communication, society, and culture, including communication theories, media content analysis, discourse analysis, and the effects of communication media on society. Identity and Cultural Studies: Ansaq attracts research work related to social identities and interpretative models that facilitate better understanding of the factors controlling identity formation and representation.
