MOMENTO is a journal created in the Department of Physics in 1989. Since then, it has published every six months original unpublished results of basic and applied research in diverse areas of Physics, as well as short articles, reflection articles, and review articles on the current state of some of the most active problems in the field. Its scope includes, among others, the following areas: Materials Science and Engineering Solid State Physics High Energy Physics Relativity Fluid Mechanics Optics Medical Physics and Biophysics Geophysics Nuclear Physics Physical Chemistry Chaos and Complexity Nanoscience and Nanotechnology MOMENTO is indexed in SCOPUS, Web of Science, SciELO Colombia, EBSCO (Fuente Académica Premier), DOAJ, Latindex and Google Scholar. How to publish in MOMENTO, Journal of Physics? Authors must submit their manuscripts directly to momento_fcbog@unal.edu.co and comply with the journal’s submission requirements. Each manuscript undergoes an initial editorial review, reviewer search, and double-blind peer review. Revised versions may be requested before acceptance, and accepted articles are published online on MOMENTO’s website. For more information, please consult the MOMENTO Editorial Process and the Guidelines for Authors infographies. MOMENTO publishes free of charge the accepted articles.
