The Modares Civil Engineering Journal (MCEJ) publishes original, methodologically rigorous, and scientifically significant research across the broad discipline of civil and environmental engineering. The journal aims to advance fundamental and applied knowledge relevant to the analysis, design, construction, operation, maintenance, rehabilitation, resilience, sustainability, and management of civil infrastructure and the built environment.
