The aim of the journal is to publish the results of scientific research and articles by scientists in legal and international legal areas.Created as the leading periodical of social and legal research, the journal "Journal of actual problems of jurisprudence" offers an interdisciplinary approach, strives to achieve broad international attractiveness, attract input and resolve issues from various legal relations, as well as theoretical and practical issues of public interest.The objectives of the journal:• consolidation and development of legal doctrines at the foreign and national level in the formation of the rule of law and civil society in the scientific and publication sphere;• promotion of advanced concepts and practices of effective management of scientific, innovative, and educational activities of leading researchers both within the state and foreign countries;• raising the professional level of scientists in the field of jurisprudence and related fields.• Enrich the experience of the law school by fostering critical analysis of the assumptions and theories that underlie the law school curriculum.• create an open scientific discussion in the scientific community, exchange experience among scientists;• to make the results of research and scientific novelty of scientists available in the scientific environment;• by creating open access through the Internet resources and portals of the university to expand the scientific border.
