The journal’s scope addresses English language teaching (ELT) and learning areas, including: ELT pedagogy ELT and learning resources ELT and teacher professional development English language teachers' training and education Academic writing in ELT research Innovation in ELT Language assessment Literacy education in ELT Technology-based ELT JEFL is nationally accredited by the National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) of the Indonesian Directorate General of Higher Education with the Second Grade (PERINGKAT 2 or SINTA 2) dated 7 December 2022 (Decree Number: 225/E/KPT/2022; effective until Vol. 17, No. 1, March 2027).
