Journal of Crohn’s and Colitis is concerned with the dissemination of knowledge on clinical, basic science and innovative methods related to inflammatory bowel diseases. The journal publishes original articles, review papers, editorials, leading articles, viewpoints, case reports, innovative methods and letters to the editor.The Journal publishes occasional peer-reviewed supplement issues, including abstracts of the ECCO annual conference each year. Between 2007 and 2010, supplement issues were published in a separate Supplements Journal officially entitled Journal of Crohn’s and Colitis Supplements.Moving to Online-Only PublicationStarting in January 2025, Journal of Crohn’s and Colitis will be an online-only publication, reducing our environmental impact while providing a more immersive and immediate reading experience for you.Readers are guaranteed immediate access to the most recently published content, usage information and citation data, reference linking, and other vital tools that a printed issue cannot provide.
