The Journal of Agronomy, Technology and Engineering Management (JATEM) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal dedicated to the dissemination of high-quality research, innovative ideas, and practical advancements across the interconnected fields of agronomy, technology, and engineering management. JATEM serves as a multidisciplinary platform that brings together researchers, academics, industry professionals, policymakers, and practitioners from diverse scientific and professional backgrounds. The journal recognizes that contemporary societal, industrial, environmental, and economic challenges increasingly require interdisciplinary approaches integrating agricultural sciences, technological development, engineering solutions, innovation management, and sustainable development. The journal welcomes original research articles, review papers, short communications, case studies, technical reports, methodological papers, and conceptual contributions that advance knowledge and practice within its scope. Both theoretical and applied research are encouraged. JATEM particularly promotes research that contributes to innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, productivity improvement, technological advancement, organizational excellence, and evidence-based decision-making across public and private sectors.
