JIMD Reports is the official open access journal of the Society for the Study of Inborn Errors of Metabolism (SSIEM). Alongside its sister title, Journal of Inherited Metabolic Disease (JIMD), it aims to improve the management and understanding of inherited metabolic disorders throughout the world. JIMD Reports welcomes scientifically sound research findings or clinical observations, whether submitted directly or by referral from JIMD. All articles accepted by JIMD Reports are made freely available to read, download and share immediately on publication. All articles published in JIMD Reports are fully open access: immediately made freely available to read, download, and share. The Society for the Study of Inborn Errors of Metabolism (SSIEM) may cover the APC for corresponding authors who are personal (non-corporate) SSIEM members, but only if they have no other source of funding.
