The IJAHSP, founded by Nova Southeastern University’s College of Allied Health, recognizes the essential role of allied health professionals in healthcare. Since its first issue in January 2003, the IJAHSP has published quarterly, offering a platform for authors to share research, education, and practice insights that advance the allied health field globally. The IJAHSP is an international, interdisciplinary, open-access journal committed to promoting evidence-based knowledge. Our editorial and review boards include experts from universities, hospitals, and private practices worldwide, ensuring quality and accessibility for the health sciences community. All manuscripts undergo rigorous peer review by at least two board members, with final approval by the Editorial Board and Editor-in-Chief. Published articles are archived with the Library of Congress and available in HTML and PDF formats. We value linguistic and cultural authenticity, preserving regional English spelling (e.g., colour, paediatrics) while ensuring clarity and professionalism for a global audience.
