Humani (Hukum dan Masyarakat Madani) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published biannually (May and November). The journal focuses on publishing high-quality research in the field of law, both empirical and normative, particularly on contemporary legal issues. Focus and Scope The journal welcomes scholarly contributions in various areas of legal studies, including but not limited to: Criminal Law Civil Law Constitutional Law International Law Administrative Law Islamic Law Business Law Medical Law Environmental Law Adat Law Agrarian Law Socio-legal Studies Peer Review Process All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality and objectivity. Each manuscript is evaluated based on originality, contribution, relevance, and methodological rigor. The review process typically takes approximately 2 months, but may extend up to 4 months depending on submission volume. Publication Frequency Humani is published twice a year: May November Open Access Policy This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles for lawful purposes without prior permission. Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement This journal follows ethical standards based on COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics). All parties involved in publishing (editors, reviewers, authors, and publisher) must adhere to ethical conduct. Jurnal Humani has been indexed SINTA 5 (Accredited by the Directorate General of Research And Development of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia since 2019.
