La Revista Geográfica Digital pertenece al Instituto de Geografía de la Facultad de Humanidades de la Universidad Nacional del Nordeste, sita en la ciudad de Resistencia, Provincia del Chaco, República Argentina. Tiene como objetivo principal la divulgación de los trabajos de investigación referidos al espacio geográfico, ya sean de índole local, regional, nacional o global, cuyas temáticas involucradas sean: el territorio, la sociedad y sus actividades, el espacio rural y urbano, la planificación y el ordenamiento, las tecnologías de la información geográfica, el ambiente, etc. Dichas contribuciones pueden ser aportes teóricos o empíricos, como así también, producto de investigaciones de base o aplicadas y de innovación y desarrollo.
