Aims The journal of “Innovative Food Technologies (IFT)" aims to publish the findings of original research in the fields related to the food engineering, help in problem solving and scientific analysis of the problems of the food industry and provide practical solutions, improve the level of food engineering knowledge, and introduce new technologies. IFT tries to expand the boundaries of knowledge, creating communication between active researchers and enhancing investigation and publishing the scientific achievements of food technologists. Scope The main activities of this journal are considered as follows: Food engineering, Food packaging, Food related extraction and purification processes, Food nanotechnology, Food biotechnology, Low/High temperature processes, High pressure processes, Emerging technologies, Modeling and simulation, Engineering properties of foods, Food process measurement and control, Engineering aspects of the design and production of novel foods, Design and operation of food processes, plant and equipment, Economics of food engineering.
