Die European Data Protection Law Review (EDPL) ist die führende peer-reviewed Zeitschrift. Sie bietet ein praktisches und intellektuelles Forum zur Diskussion, Kommentierung und Besprechung aller Fragen, die sich aus der Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Datenschutzrechts und der Datenschutzregelwerke in den EU-Mitgliedstaaten ergeben. Unter Herausgeberschaft ausgewiesener Experten ihres Fachs, berichtet diese Fachzeitschrift über wichtige Entwicklungen in der Gesetzgebung und befasst sich mit relevanten rechtlichen, regulatorischen und administrativen Fortschritten in den EU-Mitgliedstaaten und Institutionen. Wichtige Urteile, die die Auslegung und Anwendung des EU-Rechts in diesem Bereich prägen, werden identifiziert und analysiert, insbesondere Urteile der Europäischen Gerichte, internationaler Gerichte und Tribunale wie des Streitbeilegungsgremiums der Welthandelsorganisation und höherer nationaler Gerichte.
