African Population Studies is a biannual, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research articles, reviews, commentaries, letters and case studies on topics related to the disciplines represented by the Union for African Population Studies Association. These disciplines include demography, population studies, public health, epidemiology, social statistics, population geography, development studies, economics and other social sciences that deal with population and development interrelationships that are unique and relevant to Africa and global audience. Focus et champ d’application L’Etude de la Population Africaine est un journal biannuel dont l’évaluation des articles est faite par les pairs et qui publie des articles de recherche originale, des revues, des commentaires, des lettres et études de cas sur des sujets se rapportant aux disciplines de l’Union pour l’Etude de la Population Africaine. Ces disciplines sont la démographie, les études de population, la santé publique, l’épidémiologie, les statistiques sociales, la géographie de la population, l’économie et d’autres sciences sociales concernées par les interrelations entre population et développement spécifiques et pertinentes pour l’Afrique et le public mondial.
