Computational and Systems Oncology is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research that leverages computational, mathematical, and systems-level approaches to address critical challenges in cancer biology, diagnostics, and therapy. The journal serves as a platform for interdisciplinary contributions that span data science, systems biology, experimental oncology, and clinical practice. We welcome contributions that not only advance computational methodology but also demonstrate clear translational relevance through applications in in vitro, in vivo (including animal models), or clinical settings, including clinical trials. The journal encourages collaborative, cross-disciplinary studies that bring together computational scientists, biologists, and clinicians. Scope of the Journal: We invite submissions in (but not limited to) the following areas: Mechanistic modeling and systems-level analysis of cancer progression, metastasis, and resistance AI and machine learning applied to cancer diagnosis, prognosis, and therapeutic guidance Multi-omics integration and data fusion for biomarker discovery and patient stratification Single-cell and spatial data analysis, tumor ecosystem modeling Digital twins, virtual trials, and simulation-based clinical decision tools Computational interpretation of animal model experiments in oncology Clinical trial modeling, patient stratification algorithms, and in silico validation Tool and software development for computational oncology Reanalysis and meta-analysis of public cancer datasets for novel insights Article Types Accepted: To foster a dynamic, inclusive, and educational community, we accept a broad range of article types: Original Research Articles Case Studies highlighting real-world application of computational approaches in clinical or preclinical settings Short Communications reporting preliminary or focused findings with high potential impact Letters to the Editor that offer timely commentary, critiques, or brief methodological advances Reviews that synthesize the current state of knowledge in specific subfields Perspectives providing forward-looking opinions or highlighting emerging areas of interest Tutorial Articles offering step-by-step guidance on computational tools or analysis strategies Video Articles demonstrating software, workflows, or experimental-computational integration We also encourage: Negative results, replication studies, and benchmarking efforts to support t
